As a result of working with us, clients receive support transitioning into parenthood: 

  • coaching around eating healthy for postpartum recovery
  • organizing your home environment for postpartum recovery
  • breastfeeding coaching and newborn baby care support
  • referrals to services outside of our scope of services
  • We attend births at home, birthing centers, hospitals, and cesarean births.
  • You are reminded to make your decisions based on your birth vision and evidence that supports physiologic birth.
  • We practice your communication skills with practitioners and how to ask good questions as part of healthcare advocacy.
  • It's important that we work together as a team with you in the lead role.

            We accept New York State Medicaid Managed Care plans through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, EmblemHealth, Fidelis Care, HealthFirst, MetroPlusHealth, Molina Healthcare, and MVP Health Care.
 
When applicable, Medicaid Fee-for-Service is also accepted. Please check with your private insurance plan to confirm doula coverage and any in-network requirements.

Full Service Care + Phone, Email, and Text Support

  • Phone, email or text support from the beginning of hire
  • 3 Prenatal visits (combination of in-person and virtual)
  • Labor support (in-person)
  • Immediate virtual postpartum check-ins: 24 hours and 3 days
  • 2 Early postpartum visits (combination of in-person and virtual) and extended support up to six-weeks postpartum
  • Prenatal and postpartum visit are generally 30 - 60 minutes  person
  • Travel beyond 50 miles of my service area may require an additional fee

LABOR SUPPORT OPTIONS


During labor, receive guidance and coaching to support you and your birth team. Services may include:

  • Answering questions in real time
  • Coaching on birth options
  • Comfort measures and stress-reduction techniques
  • Supporting your in-person birth team

Hourly Packages:

  • 30-minute calls: $30 each
  • 60-minute calls: $60 each
  • Three 60 minute calls package: $150

POSTPARTUM SUPPORT OPTIONS


Receive virtual guidance for your postpartum journey, including:

  • Newborn care support
  • Breastfeeding and feeding guidance
  • Emotional check-ins and self-care strategies

Postpartum support is billed at the same rates as above.
